This year, the TFEIP conference was held in Oxford, UK, on 18-20 April 2023. The main task of TFEIP is to support contracting parties in reporting on air pollutant emissions and convention forecast data. This includes responsibility for the development and technical content of the EMEP/EEA emission inventory manual used for national emissions estimation and reporting.
During the conference, the quality of emission inventories and informative inventory reports of individual member countries is evaluated and prizes are awarded to the best ones. This year, the OEaB team, representing the Slovak Republic, won the award for the most complex informative inventory report for a significant improvement in the content of the report, its transparency and quality.
